Born from the world of mediation, Vantage is a new company that aims to equip people with practical skills and tools to become more self sufficient in solving conflicts. In other words: Vantage believes people should not become dependent on outside help to mediate their conflicts but empower them to do it themselves.

In two sessions, we worked together to increase the buzzability of Vantage’s proposition by:

1. Creating a sharp definition of the Why of Vantage and a resulting positioning
2. Inspiring with concrete examples how the customer experience could be made more extreme
